Our handmade wares are available to you through wholesale, to sell at your shoppes, craft shows and web stores.
Minimum Orders: I now have a low $75.00 minimum first time order with some set quantities. $50.00 after your first order. You must order the minimum for your order to be shipped! If it does not meet our minimum, I will notify you via email. Please watch for email after you placed an order. Communication is very important in order to make everything go smoothly.
Method of payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, USPS money orders. Checks, Note Checks must be cleared before shipping and it may take up to 7 business days. NO COD.
Shipping and Delivery: All orders are custom made fresh and prepaid. Most orders may take up to 14 Business Days, excluding weekends.
Our shopping cart does not include shipping charges, we ship UPS, Fed Ex or USPS and insure you the cheapest shipping possible. We do not charge handling fees, only by weight. You will receive a notice on what your shipping charges are on your invoice.
Note on Fall/Holiday Orders:
Please get your order placed before the rush season, I can not stress enough on how important it is, to ensure holidays goods to arrive in time for the season opening. All orders are done in order it was received. Again, this can take up to 14 business days. I will keep in contact with you to let you know the status of the orders. If there's an open house or certain shows that is coming up, PLEASE let me know, I will do everything possible to get this out quicker. If it is a rush order I charge additional $25.00 RUSH Fee. *This is if you need the order before my usual 14 business day turn around* Again, I stress that the order to be placed way in advance to insure your order is shipped in time.
Packaging: I strive for excellent packaging, as I do not want damaged goods anymore than you do! I use quality packaging and materials. I offer private labeling with your business logo and information provided by you for a one time fee of $20.00, however I do not place my website address on wholesale orders labels. If private labeling is not requested, then it'll be labeled with my business information or left un-labeled other than scent name. You must let me know on this.
Damaged items: It happens, It must be reported within 3 days after receipt of order, so we may file claim with our carrier on your behalf. We will investigate the claim and apply credit once the carrier gives us credit. If it's just one item such as tarts, It'll be credited to your next order.
Olde Homestead Peddler will only pay for shipping of any items returned because of an error on my part, such as wrong item shipped. You must ship potage paid and once we receive the item, and it's checked and no damage occurred during shipment, a credit will be applied to said account for shipping.
There are no refunds on products as they were custom made for you. Only credits are applied to next order.
All wholesale accounts must stay active every 90 days, If there's no activity within the 90 days, your account will be cancelled and you'll be asked to sign back up again. I stress this because there's so many wholesale accounts in my listing that it makes it harder for me to weed through to find information needed.
Most of our products are 40%-50% off retails, I ask for you to order in set of the minimum posted. For Example:
Tattered Tarts, Button Tarts, Crow Tarts, Butter Bar Melts, All Prim soaps, Fixins and Linen Room Sprays-Set of 2-Same Scent.
Primitive Signs-Set of 2, Different Quotes is allowed.
